Group Application Information Pack

Group applications will only be accepted from units and sections who are attending camp with a leader. All leaders attending camp must hold a full appointment and valid PVG.

On submitting the below group application form, the camp admin team will email each group a spreadsheet to collect the names of their participants and leaders wishing to attend Woolly Jumper 2019. At this stage we also ask that leader collect the camp fee from participants & leaders and then make a single payment to the camp. The group spreadsheet and camp fee should be submitted by the 1st March 2019.

On receipt of the completed spreadsheet the camp admin team will issue each participant and leader with an online health form to complete.
